I had a little surprise on Saturday morning. Backpay from my job which I left 18 months ago. It was all to do with the NHS Agenda for Change that was going on, (and still is). New pay scales were being sorted out and it was all supposed to start in October 2004. But because it was such a major task it has only just come through for my ex-colleagues. Because I left in November 2005 I had a year's back pay, and that's what came on Saturday. I'll probably save most of it, it wasn't a huge amount. But I thought I would treat myself to an official Mighty Boosh T-shirt. However, checking the site today, everything is sold out!!! I am very sad :o(

Backpay...what's that???? I've been in my job for over 2 years now and STILL haven't been banded( mind you when it does come thro it should be nice as I'm on technologists pay working with radiographers doing the same job!!!!

Well YAY for backpay! Our pay increase was 8 months late for last year due to union trying to wrangle with idiot employer, we are hoping they sort it out earlier next time! Love the colour of the allium, so pretty. Poor flowers are having a tough time with the evil rain. Sorry the tees are sold out, hope they restock soon. What about the hotpants instead LOL!!
Yeah, they do restock quite quickly - or they used to at least. Keep on looking! Your allium's so pretty already.
